Phone lasted for 5min

<p>Went to mtn store for an upgrade on the 06-05-2016 but on the following day the was was not working so on Monday 2016-05-09 I took the phone back to mtn I was told that they gonna send it for repairs which will take 3to4 weeks, I requested that they call their store manager they told me that they don't have the store manager so I went back home I called mtn contract number they told me to go back to that store again and tell them that they must change my phone since it was less than 7days but still they refused my phone has not cracks but they treat me as if is my fault, my account is gonna be debited for something that I did not use? Kindly assist *** as my contract line is off after 6years with MTN, store I was using is Mtn 30 Loveday and Fox JHB.</p>
