PHONE ISSUE WITH MTN

I bought a Sony X-peria compact phone at MTN in contract around the 5th of December 2014 and I am paying R571.00 every month.

I realized that the phone had a crack and I returned it back to MTN around the 12th of January 2015 they took the phone back with its accessories and advised that they will send it to MTN repair and they advised that the phone will be back within 7-14 days,
In 14 days after constantly contacting MTN they advised that the phone was sent to sonny because it was beyond economically repairs.

End of February I was asked by MTN consultant (Motibidi Marebane) to pay 300 because the phone was fixed at Sony so they advised that they phone will be returned to the store once payment has been made.
I did make payment of R300 on the 05 of march and MTN advised me that the phone will be in store on Monday the 09-03-2015 and I only received communication on the 13th of March 2015 that the phone is back and it's not fixed I need to contact insurance to fix the phone.

It has been 5months now and the access fee was paid on the 15th of May and I am still waiting. I reported this to clientele , Nompumelelo sent me a mail saying tell clientele to stop calling mystore
