Phone issue.

I bought my phone 2022 and now in 2026 my phone just went off and didn't even gave me notice, I bought this phone with R13500 and when I came back there to aks whether what is the problem they say I must pay R10 000 just imagine. I went to Mthatha at Ngebs, I am so disappointed, I will also advice other people not to buy at any MTN.
