Phone insurance headache
<p>I was ****** and my phone ****** end of July, very traumatic experience. Luckaly I am fully insured at MTN. Samsung S6 edge worth R15000. I handed in my claim with case number. They promiced it would take 7 working days. It has now already been 8 weeks. I am still paying my contract and insurance every month, but without having a phone to show for it. They always have some kind of excuse and most of the time simply don't bother responding to any enquiries. I find their conduction of this matter utterly disgusting!!! I want my phone!</p>
That payment has been made 5 weeks ago already and the proof of payment sent in twice. I am still waiting for feedback. I am going away for a month in a weeks time and would like to have my phone before then!!
