PHONE INSURANCE CLAIM NOT BEING HANDLED
A few weeks ago i submitted the below complaint regarding the service I received from MTN insurance.<br> <br> http://hellopeter.com/mtn/complaints/no-feedback-on-an-insurance-***<br> <br> \<br> I received an email saying that I need to submit an affidavit so that my claim can be processed which I did on 27/05/2015. To date I have not received an email confirming that the affidavit has been received or better a response advising me when I would receive a Cell phone.<br> <br> Can someone please respond to my request
