Phone INSURANCE CLAIM (I AM DISGUSTED!!!!)
<p>Good day,</p> <p>Never in my life have i ever experienced such poor service from an insurance company...We all under re Backlog and if there has been instances whereby your case has been addressed or not you will recieve some form of communication.But with MTN handset insurance, my cliam was submitted 27 July 2016 and till today 06 October 2016, they have done absolutely nothing after telling me of a 5 day turn around time.The claim no. ********** 1, the phone has been handed in by myself since they never collected it as stipulated, another lie..This is totally UNACCEPTABLE... If someone would care to rectify this situation...contact me on ********** 394...as I am using the sim card still....I will NEVER insure a phone EVER again with MTN Insurance..</p> <p> </p>
