PHONE INSURANCE CLAIM

I Zakhele Simon Msezane sent documents for insurance claim on Thursday 31 March 2022 to *** for my ****** phone. Till today they have not delivered my phone. I can't do anything without a phone including my banking is difficult now and I'm tired of being up and down.
