Phone insurance

I have a device insurance with MTN for oppo reno7 I have been paying for insurance for more than two years. Last of last my phone was ****** I opened a case then submit claim with MTN till today they telling me that’s its on review. Worse experience ever and I have two insurances with I will cancel them
