Phone in repairs for 6 weeks now

I booked my phone in on the 29th of July 2015 with Tek who works at MTN. A month later I get an sms from MTN saying I need to pay R330 to get my phone fixed because the 'find my iphone' app was still running. No one told me to log of that app before booking in.

I would have gladly done it had I been informed. I called the call center and spoke to Ntombi. She told me they were supposed to inform me during the booking process. So now I have been going back and forth between the store and the call center. All I want is to get my phone fixed. That is exaclt why I took out insurance when I bought this phone. The store manager has since said he will get back to me.

I have since been waiting for the phone call. My phone has been stuck at the call center for 6weeks and countining...even though I was told it would take 21 working days. I NEED MY PHONE BACK AS IN LAST MONTH!
