Phone in repairs for 2 months

My MTN Sony Xperia Z3 was sent in for repairs with MTN insurance on the 28th of April. I was informed that the phone would be repaired and returned to me in a maximum of 4 weeks later.<br> It has been 9 weeks and I still don't have my phone. I have contacted MTN numerous of Times and all they could say is its still in repairs. I asked for management to get a hold of me and they didn't even bother. I had sent them an email of complaint and it has not been addressed even 2 weeks later. I am paying for a contract phone that isn't here! I keep to my end of the deal and MTN delivers **** service back to me!!<br> I asked for a loan phone and a broken phone with no charger was delivered to me! I notified MTN yet again of this problem and they said they'd bring a working phone within 3 days. It's been 8 days now and I still don't have a loan phone. No one from MTN has bothered contacting me!<br> This is the moat unreliable and the most unprofessional service I've received!! Total ********!<br> My lawyers had to be informed and handle the matter as MTN isn't taking me seriously!
