Phone in for repairs for 2 months and still broken

This complaint directly relates to the MTN store in Greenstone Mall! I have never experienced such bad service. Handed my phone in 2 months ago, got it back today after numerous issues and still not fixed. Getting 3 different stories and still no one can tell me what the problem is. Then to put the cherry on the cake, i got asked to take my phone back to repair centre myself! This is after an hour wasted in the store and 2 months of waiting! Inappropriate report?
