Phone in for 4week and no courtesy call or feedback from MTN.

<p>My phone has been in for repairs from the 31/08/2016 and nobody called or fedback to me. I on 3 occassion had to visit and call that store. Apparently they waiting for a part because my fone is discontinued bear in mind that the contract is only 10 month old for J5. That is such BS . MTN please inproved your repair service because you going to lose alot of customers due to the bad service.</p>
