Phone has not been returned for over 5 months!

I sent my phone to be repaired to MTN repair Centre on the 10/01/15. After been given a hard time to find out what was wrong with the phone, I get told I need to pay them a service fee as the damage to the phone was physical and they could not repair it. I waited 4 months to sort this out and on behalf of me, Foschini, who I took out the phone with, paid the fee for me. This was done almost 2 months ago and since then we still await for MTN to send my phone back to Durban! They have not once provided feedback. You cant get through to anyone there to help and I now hear they are on strike and therefore cant send the phone. Its going to be 6 months that I have been given the run around with MTN and their pathetic service. This also happens to be the 2nd complaint I have laid about them for this year already. Such a big service provider and yet no efficiency or Treating Customers Fairly. I probably will only get the phone end of the year and it still needs to go to the insurance to be repaired before I can get it back to use. I will be sure to never support MTN or recommend it and I will definitely past this message on as this is not how a business should be run.
