****** phone from repairs

I had booked my cellphone in repairs at the end of january, yet in the middle of april i am still without it! i have been paying my debit order for a phone i dont even have possession of. TT3 Repairs are just as slow as MTN. The lack of communication from both these companies have had me pulling my hair in frustration for the last 3 months. I have tried my upmost best to be patient but after 3 months of paying for a product youre not using, seems very dumb to me.
