Phone Contract 💔

MTN IS A ****😭💔 I took a phone contract in February, the contract agreement was that, I was gonna pay R589 pm while getting 4GB of Data and 35 voice bundles every month for 36 months. But instead I am paying more than R600 and getting 1.8GB and 25 voice bundles every month. I tried contacting them but I am not getting any help, I even went to Mthatha branch, and they couldn’t help me and they didn’t even escalate or log a ticket for me for my issue to be resolved. I am totally exasperated by all this. MTN👎
