Phone cannot be repaired due to strike action

On 15 May i handed in my contract Samsung S5 for repairs at Mtn Kolonade. They promised repair time around 3 weeks. Last week I received a sms stating to call the MTN high volumed repair centre for cost indication. The repair centre phone stayed on voicemail the whole day. I went to MTN Kolonade to ask for assistance and they were reluctant to assist and stated twice it was due to strike action. The media reported that the strike was confined to call centre personnel. I ask that they get the info i needed and refused to assist. The next day i asked that my phone be returned and they refused to assist again. My phone in my opinion is now lost and mtn is liable and the strike cannot be blamed because yesterday thet reported 95% of there personnel is attending work. I will buy out my contract woth MTN today tonenble me to get a phone from another service provider because Mtn Kolonade are eager to sell contracts but totally unwilling to assist when your phone packs up. They should not be allowed to work under the MTN name in my opinion
