Phone Booked in for Repairs, No response

I (Makhado Tracy) went to an MTN store in eastgate to book my phone in for repairs that i bought from Edgars in Eastgate 2 months before date.. phone's flash light was damaged. Londeka from MTN took it and booked it in for repairs.. It took a month and couple of days of empty promises from them (MTN) telling me they are working on it and they always promise they will call me to keep me updated but it turned out to be nothing but empty promises. I am tired and can't deal anymore.. they gave me a reference number that i should use at Edgars to get myself a new phone but Edgars doesn't want to help me saying it's MTN's problem.<br> <br> Please help me with this issue because they are very ******** at MTN store and it's been 2months they are failing to give me back my phone.<br> <br> My Contact number is: *** (Tracy)
