Phone book for warranty repairs

My IPhone on MTN sky contract stop working end Apr 2015. I tried to hand in the device at MTN Polokwane for warranty repairs. MTN franchise informed me that the phone can't be book for repairs because MTN is on strike and the repairs centre and MTN Shops is closed until the strike is over (They provided me with a letter confirming I wanted to hand in my phone). My warranty ended June 2015. MTN strike only ended June 2015. As soon as the trike was over, I submitted my phone for repairs after MTN explained to me that the phone will still be repaired under warranty as the strike is not my fault and they will pick it up on the system and know I'm still waiting for my phone. I did received an sms from MTN stating that I must pay an amount of R330 with no explanation of the charges. I phoned MTN and ask them to send me an invoice and detail of this charges, I'm still waiting for this. On 16 September I received my first email from MTN explaining that the phone was book for repairs and not warranty. My phone is not working for almost six months and MTN is not providing me with any feedback.
