Phone blocked! - Unhelpful Call Centre

<p>My wife's phone was suddenly blocked this morning, and she could not make any outgoing calls but only receive incoming calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>She texted me to cal lthe MTN call centre to assit in unblocking the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spent 20 min on the phone with the MTN call centre, asking for a manager so that I could explain.</p> <p>The manager would not take my call and they wouldn't even call he back to verfiy security questions (as Im not the authorised person on hte account)!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How shocking when we're been with MTN basically since cellphones came into being and the one time you ask for help, they faltly refuse!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Dumbfounded.....!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Shawn Patience</p> <p> ********** </p> <p>(yes MTN you can call me and verify the call - happened to 808 on 02nd feb at approx 11:30 from this number - please listen to the call record)</p> <p> </p>
