Phone Blocked

My phone was blocked by MTN and I called 808 and hold for them for an hour then I decided to go to boulders MTN and I explained to them that my phone has been blocked and I know I dont owe them anything as I called 808 and they told me I dont owe and I went to Midrand and Sandton and they told me same thing that my account has no arrears.<br> <br> So I went to boulders MTN and asked them why my phone is blocked and they said the system does not show and they dialled 808 I waited for an hour then the line got disconnected, then they dialled it again I waited for around 30 minutes and I told them I wont wait if they have feedback they must let me know before COB.<br> <br> They closed the shop and I got no feedback from them NOTHING. I had to go to Sandton and within 5 minutes they told me that my phone is blocked because I owe them but I don't owe anything and they removed the blockage. My issue is that Midrand MTN staff are *********** and I never get any help from them unless its useless staff then they can assist. Even today they dont CARE whether my phone works or not since they didnt bother to call me to let me know the progress since they were working on it. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
