Phone bkacklisted by MTN

My phone was bkacklisted by MTN on 21/10/2021,upon enquiring on 23rd am told by call centre agent that i called the previous day to cancel tbe contract when i did not,i was then told the matter will be resolved within 72 hours excluding weekends but even now no one wants to tell me exactly what hapoened,this is my primary number so all my things are blocked with that phone including my banking app,please help
