Phone application delay

In 2018, I went to the store to report *****. Someone opened an account in my name. That case was resolved. Last weel Saterday I went to Liberty Midlands mall to apply for a business account phone. The application was done, but its not getting finalised even if I had provided the store with even a letter that MTN sent as clearance. I am so disappointed with your service. You are punishing myself for a crime I did not commit and on top of that you are not giving the best service. The lady that helped abd cancelled my application did not even care to say lets find alternatives to assist.
