Phone and Insurance Cancelation Documents

I took out a phone on contract in August 2025 with MTN. In December I decided to pay it off because I had money and the rates were to be increased in February 2026, I then decided to pay it off to avoid steep monthly installments. When I took out the phone I took the insurance also for the phone.

I was expecting contract cancelation documents from MTN after paying off my contract and closing it off, nothing was sent to me. They kept sending me countless messages pertaining to the insurance that I asked them to cancel when I closed off my account with them, they never did.

I asked them to send me my documents of cancelation, both the insurance and the phone that I took. They keep making me move around in circles. Honestly, this is bad, what is so hard about sending me the documents because they are blocking some of the things I want to do because they reflect on my bank statements every month amidst my efforts of closing them. This is terrible, they need to do better because this is wrong on so many levels.

I want them to furnish me with phone contract cancelation and insurance cancelation documents. I don't understand what is so hard about doing that. They enjoy making people suffer, yet they still want to be supported.
