Phoenix plaza MTN nightmare

Exceptional service I wouldn’t say great because gave me a lot of run around for example I buy a lot of data which is costly on MTN yet despite being a loyal customer to MTN my sms service was disconnected for no reason my phone got ****** and I had to go to the store to get the itc number only to be told I should phone the guy in the store Indian guy does his own things there as if he owns the store didn’t really help with the query asked them about the sms thing took them hours to sort it out terrible service at the phoenix plaza MTN store
