Phethetic service from mtn

I have ported my number on the 13th march 2024 to mtn I have then purchased a 299 superflex bundle and it was on a recurring package....on the 14th of april they had an issue with debits and never debit my account for the bundle....on the 20th april 2024 they reset the system and i purchased another 299 supflex bundle and till date no response or any good....iv got leanty ref numbers...emails and so forth....its jus a waste of time and poor sevice....and till now and dat not one mtn service provider called me....to check....
