Phenomenal and excellent customer service

Hats off to Shakira Mobarra at MTN Blue Route Mall in Tokai. What an exceptional and phenomenal Customer Service Person. She was diligent, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. She really made me feel at home with her wonderful personality and passion for her job. She is the main reason for me referring all my friends and family to MTN and continuing my business with them. A true and valuable asset to the company. If all the outlets can have more of Shakira, MTN will never ever lose clients. Even though she wore a mask, her bright smile was extremely visible!!!!!!
