I do not even want to give one star because of my experience and the service we get from mtn! They have sent a notification to say their fees are going up because they have given us such good service!! NO NO NO you did NOT mtn! Firstly its IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of you when we have a problem and the worst of all is that we continuously hear that you are not going to replace the ****** battery of the signal tower and that means that when we have loadshedding we are completely cut off from the world because have NO signal at all!! Vodacom customers have normal signal but we as mtn customers are lost! In the past we had to kick up a huge fuss just to be upgraded to the stronger signal available!! Seriously mtn ……. You probably are busy with wonderful service elsewhere but definitely not here!!
