Pethetic service -No reply -?????

My report was done the 12th July 2020 . I made two reports and we are now the 19th July 2020 . No response .Not even a call to find out the facts (my side) and been able to compromise .Where is the management ...We speak only to call center .Very flat Co. call center and lot's of manager doing what ???I have been with Mtn for at least 30 years and because I am retired they don't care .
