Petectic service

I have a query and complaint since June 2025 and it has not been resolved to-date. I have several reference no but not one gets back to me last one been KJTTJ68 SPOKE TO SIBONGILE.They offer stuff with new contracts but never deliver on the promise. They do not get back to customers with feedback. They do not answer there phones and the stuff needs serious training l. Worst service in my life.
