Perthethic Service ever

Since I took the phone contract in November 2022, I have never been contacted never receive a phone call from them, they never deducted money from my account which I have instructed them to. I have been trying to get hold of them to check if they receive any of my payment "as I was now doing eft payment" I never got any feedback confirming that. Despite me requesting them in their socials to help trace the payment. Only to be told my account has been handed over. Still know one has contacted me to inform me. Very perthethic service. Now I have requested on their social to give them the legal department my number so I can make future debit order.... Still no one has contacted me
