Personal information from mtn system filitered

In may this year I logged a call with the ***** department Someone from the mtn store Hillcrest divulged personal information ie I'd number. Address and call details to a stranger who called me and confirmed they received this with a screen print of my account which was sent to mtn we are now in September and no response has been received from mtn does it take this long for the ***** department to find this person .the fact that mtn shows no worry into staff that takes private information from their system and passes it to others to show that our private information is not being kept confidential according to the law this is ***** And the person responsible needs to be terminated from employment .not a company to do business with .
