Perpetual contract
I was debited by MTN for a contract agreement which has expired. When I call their center, the call does not go through. Can someone assist?

Please note that MTN does not cancel the contract even after the term end date unless the customer has requested that the contract be cancelled. I have sent the number *** as per your request. It will be cancelled within the next 2-24hrs.
