***** perpetrated by MTN

I had R20,000 ****** from an overseas bank card because an employee of MTN who was presumably complicit did a sim swap (twice). Despite reporting this to them immediately and lodging a complaint with their ***** department Reference number: 34eed981-14ec-4e53-8bf8-75f***6f with Ryan OBrien, I have had no response. You would think with the fact that their system record who made the change they would have made an effort. Dealing with MTN and their lengthy and completely ineffective call centers has been even worse than losing the money. Most of their agents work from home with no reception.
