Permission to a third party

<p>Ihave contacted the MTN call centre numerous times (808) and I get advised that inorder to give a third party in my office permission transact on my account (do enquiries est) when I am unable to, I need to go into an MTN store (A MTN owned store and not a franchise). I went in today with my ID, a letter aswell as the ID document of the person I am giving consent to. They claim they are absolutelty unable to do that and it is impossible. Now please could you tell me how does a large company work, does the CEO of Edgars, Clicks and other establishments have to make a call everytime the have a query on a account?</p> <p> </p> <p>I stay in Hartbee****rt Dam, which meant I drove 50km to Brooklyn Mall just to be told they cannot help me??? I am fed up with the constant bad service!</p>
