I bought my phone February 2022 Redmi 9c July 15 2022 my phone was unable to charge I went to pep cell Giyani masingita Mall to complain they told me the phone is still has one year guarantee so they will take to repairs to check it went there to check progress twice they said because my phone is from MTN they take 6weeks to repair I went to Twitter to inquire from both PepStore za and MTN. MTN replyed n gave a number to call just now they are telling me I must pay repair fee of about R1300 for the repair for a phone I purchased at R1699 and only used for four months now they also mentioned that they won't release my phone if I don't pay a fee for cancelling the repair..i was never told all this when I went to inquire at Pep cell I'm very furious that I loose all my money just cause you take us for granted as customer s N not inform us before purchase
