People please MTN gives bad service.

So MTN I'm still waiting no respons as yet. We've tried all the given numbers aswell as the email address but no response to our complaints as yet. I forgot to mention that the simcard as been delivered to us without packaging and that was very unprofessional from you. Like I said this was the first time dealing with you and this has been the service we have received from you. Please advise urgently if you gonna give is the combo deal (Samsung A30s cellphones) or not. Cause to pay R300 a month only for a simcard is ridiculous. Please advise urgently if possible
