people just saying and doing nothing

I went for an upgrate at mtn. With the upgrate u will get 30g of data free for a mont. It has been 2 days now and still didnt receive anything. I didnt receive my prodata also. Ever time i call they say that they have log a request. Just saying that to keep me quite but nothing is happening. They want me to pay for rhe contract but they do not deliver. I will go in this morning and cansel the contract cause 7 days didnt pass. They were quick to helo me with this contract but dont want to give the pro data and the 30g promise. So i dont see any other way that to go and cansel the contract.
