I am done with Mtn honestly, back in 2019 I lost my job because of their own Tech problems they had, my previous company only wanted proof that the problem was with them but till today I haven't received that info!

2 weeks back I lost my phone I tried to do a Sim swap amd was taken up and down, went to the police station for a Affidavit and certified ID copy to do the Sim swap amd today all agents I spoke to hanged up the calls just cause they are all ***********! That cell phone number has been registered with my business and linked to almost all my banking apps. I am done with Mtn I'm changing ISPs!
