Pensioner misled

I am appalled - my mother has had various MTN contracts over the years but recently was called by an agent asking if she wanted to renew her contract - she said she thought she did and the agent confirmed someone would come to see her to have the necessary docs signed. My mother is EIGHTY FOUR and no-one explained the costing process to her and NO-ONE arrived. When my sister queried the cost of the contract she was told the new contract was signed .. she spent 4 hours on the phone only to be told the next day that the agents she had spoken to the previous day were not authorized to make any changes and had not done so. She and my elderly mother then went to the MTN shop at the Pavillion where after ages were told they could not help. Only when my mom began to cry in desperation did they commit to help .. SADLY still not finalized a month later !!!
