Pending Refund

On the 24th of January I bought Data using their *142# and they sent a link for payment since I was gonna use my banking app then I paid it was 100GB for R299 but I never received my Data I called them they asked for all the proof of which I did send but up until today my ticket is still open not resolved when I call they say the only person who can check the progress of the ticket is the one who logged it I am sending emails with no Luck and I want my Refund so bad my life depends on that R299 I am disappointed.
