Pending ombuds complaint

I called mtn and spent 2hrs on a calls trying to get information on where my account is handed over but they gave me wrong information which led me to vvn the company stated they don't have my account which further inconvenienced me I requested a repudiation letter and they refused to assist as I want to take this up with the ombuds
