Pending Insurance Claim - Seibel report

Never insurance any of your devices with MTN, they will give you all the excuses available on heaven and earth just not to pay you. Currently have a pending claim with them, they need a Seibel report from me yet non of their staff members know what this is and how to retrieve. I went to Cavendish, Kenilworth, Vangate and Howard Centre without any help. All their staff member are ***********, unprofessional and useless, that goes for your call centre staff as well.
