Payments updates

I'm so disappointed with mtn on how they are handling my case, what's so difficult in updating my status payments with them as I'm a paying client who doesn't even owe them, and to make things worse mtn legal handed over my account to their lawyers without even checking whether I owe them I mean who does that, now what do I pay them when I don't even owe them, or is my money was just a donation to their company

Please fix this mess mtn
