Payments - Refund
HI, We wrote a complaint regarding the payment back of fees that has been keeping on being deducting of the account and the should have been stopped since 10/11/2016.
No correspondence has been received as yet.

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
Thank you for your time online.
We do not pick up any notes on the account for cancellation request in 2016/2017.
We have sent the request now to the cancellation department to cancel the contract. We will give you feedback once this is done.
Due to no notes placed on the account from the store we will approve a late cancelaltion credit for 4 months.
The credit will reflect in 2 days on the aco**** and the refund request will be done to the client bank account.
If you can send us proof of the cancellation request with the store, we can then only assist with another 3 months credit request.
