Payments not showing up again

I payed my bill last week, this week it is still showing as unpaid. This is being going on for months now, I pay but you never allocate the money to my account until i complain. What is going on and why is this happening every month now. Please confirm payment i made last week and allocate to my account before you try to cut my line
