Payments not allocated and worse support service

My payments for 2 accounts have not be allocated since last year. You customer service on twitter (X) and emails are the worse. Even the banking/finance team cannot do simple tasks. I am still waiting for it to be allocated. I even mistakenly made an overpayment and asked for a refund but it seems like they are competing with home affairs that have no support!
