Payments gone missing

I have contacted MTN ever since February 2017 due to an apparent overdue account. I have sent them all the proof of payments from November 2016 up until March 2017. However, the payments that make my account overdue have not been credited to the account yet.

MTN keep disconnecting the line due to the account being in arrears, according to them, but clearly the persons doing account reconciliation is not doing their work. If they had done their work the account would be up to date.

The people who should respond to queries sent also do not do their work, because they keep sending me emails stating that the account is now rectified, however, the payments in question are not reflecting. MTN have people's money but somewhere it goes missing and the network coverage gets disconnected. I need my money back or paid into the MTN account it was meant for.

Thanks for gettig back to me. I am unable to say what the account number was. It was a public recipientset up by my bank.

Don't you have an axception report where credits that weren't cancelled by debits reflect? Or a bucket account where outstanding payments go to??
