Payment problems

So after having to make a report on hellopeter as mtn would not respond to my emails about asking them the due balance on my account I got a swift response telling me I was due R462.00 I immediately paid the due balance accpecting for my account to be activated but as always the struggle with mtn is real. I made a second hellopeter report as they still wouldn't reply to my emails only to find them telling me I was due over R800 because I didn't pay them the R462 or a previous month . I will not have this type of service from you so either you reconnect my lines because I payed the due amount or ahive your service where the sun does not shine . There are plenty of fish in the sea so get off your high horse deliver service of I will find a better provider and make sure my word of mouth carries a message that will make people steer away from the trap that is MTN
