Payment not reflecting on statement
Good day<br> <br> I have received a statement for September 2015 which reflects that I have an outstanding balance for August 2015. I made the payment using EFT with the same reference number and the same bank account as I had in prior months. This is very unprofessional and *********. Please fix this urgently.<br> <br> My account number is A*** - ***<br> <br> Thank you
