Payment not allocated

I made a payment on the 30th November 2024.on the 4th my lines were suspended I called on the 8th December, I was told I did not make a payment. Person logged an enquiry for a payment that is not allocated. I was asked to send a proof of payment. Till today the payment has not been allocated. Back office just close the enquiry without taking any actions. I have been calling MTN without getting any help. BA Account Number BA***
